Annual
Analysis
The synopsis is a comprehensive snapshot of past year's plan including investment performance, participation, testing results, and breakdwon of employee vs. employer contributions to the plan by age group. This annual plan review is intended to measure performance vs. goals and provides a platform for discussion on the feasability of future plan improvements. Also, every three years, we will complete a new benchmarking study to help ensure than plan costs are reflective of the marketplace.

Profile
A complete analysis of the plan which focuses on several key areas such as plan design, investments, participation and annual testing results. This proprietary diagnostic is critical in helping us identify the strenghts and weaknesses of your plan.

Educational
Gameplan
Employee education is paramount to the success of your plan. Our employee communication strategy strives to build interest, gain acceptance, and engage participation in the plan. This approach includes enrollment meetings for new employees, and educational seminars on topics including market updates, proper asset allocation and diversification. We also provide a monthly financial newsletter which can be provided to employees at your discretion.

The scorecard is a comprehensive and robust investment analysis tool which is translated into a 10 point numerical scoring system that is easily interpreted and implemented. The scorecard provides for an independent review of the plan investments and achieves three main objectives:

- Manage and control risk
- Reduce fiduciary liability
Scorecards are provided quarterly, along with semi-annual meetings with the investment committee.

Fiduciary
Solution
The fiduciary toolkit provides an investment advisory agreement which promotes full fee disclosure and includes a co-fiduciary partnership. A customized investment policy statement is drafted and is automatically monitored by an independent scoring system. Furthermore, a client service plan is created to meet the unique needs of your plan.

Experience
This customized study provides an in-depth explanation of all plan components including plan expenses. In addition, vendor capabilities, services, and investments are compared. Existing plan costs are compared to current market rates for all appropriate vendors to expose potential savings for both employers and employees.
