Allison Kolodinsky is as our Benefits Department Manager, overseeing all of Cash & Associates, P.A. accounts. Her role is to assist with any level of need that may arise during your renewal process and throughout the year. Allison’s responsibilities include providing superior service to our clients, and their employees, both in and outside the agency. She is the point person who leads our marketing efforts on all of our proposals and prepares the strategies for our client’s annual benefit packages. She is always available to assist employers with general administration, compliance and policy questions as well as research and resolution of claims, billing and eligibility issues.
 
Allison graduated with honors from Florida State University with a degree in Business Marketing and a Minor in Communications.  She holds her Florida 2-15 license for life, health and variable annuity insurance. She and her husband, Chris, live in College Park, a subdivision of Orlando, Florida and are extremely active in their community. In their spare time, they enjoy being outdoors playing tennis, kayaking, cooking and traveling. They also enjoy spending time with their black lab, Noley.
